摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a tooling change. <P>SOLUTION: A left hand 9L and a right hand 9R respectively mounted to a left arm 6L and a right arm 6R include: three forks 12 that can place a liquid crystal glass substrate W thereon; a pair of fixing members 15 disposed in the fork 12 while being spaced apart from each other in a longitudinal direction of the fork 12; and a pair of guide members 13 respectively disposed between the pair of fixing members 15 and regulating the movement in a longitudinal direction of the liquid crystal glass substrate W placed on the forks 12.
