Provided is a vibration-damping device having a novel structure, the vibration-damping device being configured so as to prevent the generation of noise caused by the striking of stopper rubber against an inner bracket. A vibration-damping device (10) is configured in such a manner that: a first mounting member (12) and a second mounting member (14) are elastically connected by a main body rubber elastic body (16), the first mounting member (12) being provided with a fitting cylinder section (18) which is open at sides; and stopper rubber (35) protruding sideward from an opening end face of the fitting cylinder section (18) is provided to a circumferential part of the fitting cylinder section (18), the stopper rubber (35) being adapted to overlap an inner bracket (44) which is fitted and mounted in the fitting cylinder section (18). When the inner bracket (44) is fitted and mounted in the fitting cylinder section (18), the stopper rubber (35) is elastically deformed and the stopper rubber (35) is in contact with and overlaps the inner bracket (44) while being pressed against the inner bracket (44) by the elasticity of the stopper rubber (35). |
