PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To photograph individual celestial bodies in a static state only by pointing a camera (photographing apparatus) at an arbitrary celestial body in a fixed state to photograph it without using an equatorial telescope.SOLUTION: An automatic tracking and photographing method of a celestial body includes: a stage for inputting photographing azimuth angle information and photographing elevation angle information of a photographing apparatus which points at a prescribed celestial body; a stage for calculating first tracking driving control data for performing first tracking photographing in response to the inputted photographing azimuth angle information and photographing elevation angle information; a stage for acquiring a first photographed image corresponding to a start position of first tracking photographing by the calculated first tracking driving control data and a second photographed image corresponding to an end position; a stage for calculating a deviation amount of a corresponding celestial body image in the first and second photographed images; a stage for calculating second tracking driving control data for performing second tracking photographing by canceling the deviation amount from the calculated deviation amount; and a stage for performing second tracking photographing by the calculated second tracking driving control data. |
