摘要 The present invention relates to: a recombination vector for expressing a foreign gene independently without interfering in a biological circuit of a host cell, in which a gene encoding a microorganism-derived guanylyl cyclase, a gene encoding a cGMP receptor protein, and a regulatory base sequence to which the cGMP receptor protein binds are recombined with one or more plasmids; and a method for expressing a foreign gene independently without interfering in a biological circuit of a host cell by using the recombination vector. The recombinant vector of the present invention can effectively induce gene expression by reducing the physiological load on the host cell at the same time and using a secondary messenger involved in intracellular signal transduction as a mediated factor, thereby being expected to be applicable to various metabolic engineering fields.
