HANDY TYPE VACUUM CLEANER AND CONTROL METHOD OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend battery life in a handy type vacuum cleaner on which a rechargeable battery which can be charged is mounted.SOLUTION: The number of change of dust detection output of dust detection means in first predetermined time 100 ms is counted up by a first counter, and it is compared with a reference value, and when it is larger than the reference value, a second counter performs count-up. The second counter determines a rotation output mode of an electric motor by comparing the count number of the second counter in predetermined time 500 ms with another reference value. Thereby, the rotation output mode can be determined according to the amount of dust, and battery life can be extended. Also, by changing the reference value, control of rotation output of the electric motor can be performed easily and flexibly.
