<p>A flywheel (2) used on a training machine comprises a rotating wheel (20) and a driving mechanism. The rotating wheel (20) comprises a hollowed groove (202), at least one metal sheet (204), and multiple magnets (206). At least one part of the hollowed groove (202) is filled with a counterweight material. The metal sheet (204) is fixed at the periphery of the rotating wheel (20). The magnets (206) are disposed outside the rotating wheel (20). The damping of the rotating wheel (20) can be changed by adjusting the distance between the metal sheet (204) and the magnets (206). The rotating wheel (2) can be used on a rowing machine, and has the effects of low material cost and simple design.</p> |
