The present invention relates to an automatic arrangement and a vacuum packaging apparatus for food, which comprises: a transfer conveyor where crab sticks are transferred; a direction switching unit installed in the upper part of the transfer conveyor in order to switch the direction of the transferred crab sticks; a counting unit installed in the transfer conveyor in order to count the transferred meat stuffing; a control unit which temporarily stops the transfer conveyor when the number of meat stuffing counted by the counting unit reaches a preset number; a first pusher installed in the upper part of the transfer conveyor in order to move the counted meat stuffing to the side of the transfer conveyor; a slip sheet supplying unit installed in the side of the transfer conveyor in order to supply ship sheets on the upper part of the transferred meat stuffing; a second pusher installed in the lower part of the slip sheet supplying unit in order to move the meat stuffing with the supplied slip sheet inside the packing materials; a vacuum packaging unit which performs vacuum packaging on the packing materials wherein the meat stuffing is moved; and a discharge conveyor which discharges the vacuum packaged packing materials. Therefore, the automatic arrangement and vacuum packaging apparatus for food can save production costs by removing the need for manpower in order to improve packaging efficiency, and can improve sanitation by minimizing the inflow of foreign materials generated during manual packaging work.
