PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of sufficiently reducing dimensions of a stack case, namely, a physical constitution of the stack case.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system comprises: a fuel cell stack 2 formed by disposing an end plate 22 in an end portion of a fuel cell laminate 21; and a stack case 3 accommodating at least the fuel cell laminate 21 therein. A flow passage 141 of a fluid which is supplied to or discharged from a fuel cell communicates the inside of the end plate 22, and the end plate 22 with the flow passage of which the inside is communicated by the fluid flow passage 141 protrudes outside of the stack case 3 at least in one of directions vertical to the direction of cell lamination. In a protruding part 22a of the end plate 22 with the flow passage, a fluid inlet/outlet 4(5) is provided, and fluid piping 140 is connected to the fluid inlet/outlet 4(5). |
