The purpose of the present invention is to improve the accuracy of estimating a facial expression. A facial expression estimating device (1) includes a face score acquisition unit (2) generating a face score expressing the face of a subject in a video; a motion detecting unit (33) determining the sort of a motion of the subject; and a face determining unit (35) generating a score as a result of expressing the face corresponding to the sort of the motion and the face score.
