<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode material film-forming method hardly causing interfacial delamination and solid fine particle falling, and stably ensuring a charge/discharge cycle number. <P>SOLUTION: A solid fine particle G generated from a first material capable of forming a lithium compound and an electro-conductive second material by mechanical alloying is used. The solid fine particles G are ejected through a nozzle 120 riding on a jet stream into collision with and adhesion to an electrode base material W disposed facing the nozzle 120 to form a film of the electrode material using the first material as an active substance on the electrode base material W. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
