摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode material film-forming method hardly causing interfacial delamination and solid fine particle falling, and stably ensuring a charge/discharge cycle number. <P>SOLUTION: A solid fine particle G generated from a first material capable of forming a lithium compound and an electro-conductive second material by mechanical alloying is used.
