摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a touch panel substrate in which metal fine circuit units are formed on a transparent substrate and a manufacturing method thereof. The metal fine circuit units are formed on both sides of the transparent substrate. The metal fine circuit units comprise a sense electrode. The sense electrode is formed into a symmetry structure around the transparent substrate. The metal fine circuit units are formed on one side or both sides of the transparent substrate. The metal fine circuit units are blackened. A wiring electrode is formed on a part of an area of the boundary of the metal fine circuit units of the transparent substrate. The metal fine circuit units are formed with one among nickel, chrome, copper, silver, and gold, an alloy of the nickel, the chrome, the copper, the silver, and the gold, or a laminate of the nickel, the chrome, the copper, the silver, and the gold. A material of the transparent substrate is transparent glass, a transparent resin film, a transparent PET film, or a transparent optical film. The metal fine circuit units are composed of sealed cell structures having irregular shapes. The sealed cell structure having the irregular shapes are connected to each other and apply an electric current.</p>
