Disclosed are a resonant DC-DC converter capable of completely removing an output current ripple and an interleaving resonant DC-DC converter using the same. The resonant DC-DC converter includes a switching unit including a plurality of switches which are alternatively switched according to an input driving signal to converter a DC voltage input through input terminals into an AC voltage; a resonant capacitor connected in parallel to the input terminals of the switching unit; an input filter inductor connected between the resonant capacitor and a DC voltage source; a resonant inductor connected in serial to one output terminal of the switching unit and a primary winding of a transformer to form an LC resonant circuit with the resonant capacitor to change a frequency response of the AC voltage from the switching unit; the transformer including the primary winding connected to the resonant inductor and a secondary winding having a turn ratio to the primary winding; rectifying circuit for rectifying an AC voltage induced to the secondary side of the transformer to generate a DC voltage; and an output capacitor connected to both output terminals of the rectifying circuit.
