The present invention relates to a spent nuclear fuel crushing device. The spent nuclear fuel crushing device by the present invention includes a housing with a space inside to receive spent nuclear fuel; and a crushing unit formed inside the housing and moving up and down or left and right. The spent nuclear fuel is crushed between the inner circumference of the crushing unit and the inner circumference of the housing. Therefore, the present invention can crush the spent nuclear fuel in a constant size without dust.
