The valve has a valve seat arranged between an inlet channel (6) and an outlet channel (9). A control chamber (3) communicates with the inlet channel by a servo channel and connected with a pressure release chamber by a pilot valve during pressure release. The release chamber communicates with the outlet channel by a pressure release channel. A throttle pin (30.1) is movably guided into the inlet channel and connected with a movable valve body contacting a membrane. The valve body is arranged outside the valve seat between the membrane and the outlet channel.
