The present invention relates to a dental file. The dental file according to the present invention includes a handpiece coupling unit, a grip unit which is coupled to the handpiece coupling unit and is gripped by a user, and a blade which is extended from the handpiece coupling unit or the grip unit, is inserted into the teeth, and removes dental pulp residues and materials infected by bacteria. Therefore, the present invention allows a user to manually use the dental file or combine the dental file with a handpiece and reduces inconvenience of alternatively using multiple files.
