PURPOSE: A hair cleaner (MR repair) composition is provided to minimize hair damage added in next chemical procedure by removing monoethanolamine remaining in the hair after chemical procedures with perm agent or hair dye. CONSTITUTION: A hair cleaner (MR repair) composition for removing chemical component contains a monoethanolamine remover in which chlorhexidine dihydrochloride and maltodextrin are mixed. Per total weight% of the composition, 0.001-1.0 weight% of the monoethanolamine remover is added. The hair cleaner (MR repair) composition for removing chemical component also contains a solvent, a hair conditioning agent, a hair protective agent, a moisturizer, a preservative, a solublizer, a pH control agent, and flavoring. |
