PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear motor cooling structure that has a simple structure while efficiently cooling a coil.SOLUTION: A linear motor cooling structure comprises: an inflow part 3 into which cooling water flows; an outflow part 4 from which the cooling water flows out; and a tabular plate cooling part 2 including an inflow port into which the cooling water from the inflow part 3 flows, an outflow port for allowing the cooling water to flow into the outflow part 4, and a flow channel which allows the cooling water from the inflow port to be circulated inside the plate cooling part to flow out from the outflow port. The inflow part 3, the plate cooling part 2, and the outflow part 4 are connected to allow the inflow part 3 and the inflow port of the plate cooling part 2 to communicate with the outflow port of the plate cooling part 2 and the outflow part 4, thereby forming the flow channel of the cooling water. The plate cooling part 2 is brought into close contact with a coil 5 to hold the coil so as to have both functions of cooling the coil and holding the coil for eliminating the need for a holder to hold the coil, thereby efficiently cooling the coil while making the cooling structure simple. |
