BLAST-FURNACE GAS RECIRCULATION METHOD, AND DEVICE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION

FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: method involves action of stage of cleaning from COat least on some part of gases from a blast furnace to create gas that is saturated as to CO. Obtained gas is blown-in at the first upper blowing point located above the blast furnace bottom at the temperature of 700 to 1000°C through an upper blowing line and at the second lower blowing point at the blast furnace bottom at the temperature of 1000°C to 1300°C through a lower blowing line. Monitoring of gas flow rate is performed through lower and upper blowing points in the process flow direction to system of heaters (30, 33, 45).
