PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy both of wear resistance and crack resistance of a transmission belt in which a film layer is provided on a transmission surface.SOLUTION: A transmission belt 10a includes an adhesive rubber layer 2 in which a core wire 1 is embedded, a compressed rubber layer 3 provided to be stacked on the inside of a belt of the adhesive rubber layer 2, and a film layer 4 provided to cover the compressed rubber layer 3. The film layer 4 has a foam structure containing a fabric component 5 inside.
