PURPOSE: A method for treating insomnia is provided to treat insomnia and somnipathy and to be used in an alternative medicine field. CONSTITUTION: A method for treating insomnia comprises a step of conducting a tapotement massage on one nervous region; a step of conducting a vibration massage on one nervous region; a step of conducting an effleurage massage on one nervous region; a step of conducting a friction massage on one nervous region; and a step of conducting a petrissage massage on one nervous region.
