PURPOSE: A variable electrical tilt omni-antenna using a parallel feeding method is provided to improve productivity by using a flexible substrate and a patch antenna device. CONSTITUTION: An antenna element unit(100) has an omni-propagation characteristic. A phase shifter is connected to the antenna element unit with a parallel feeding method. The phase shifter transmits a phase variable signal to the antenna element unit. A pattern of a line is formed in one surface of a fixing plate(110). The line distributes an input signal and changes phase.
