<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover plastic with high purity by eliminating foreign materials such as rubber and hot melt from shredder dust. <P>SOLUTION: The shredder dust 101 containing a plastic piece 102 and the foreign materials 103 falls to a clearance part between an elastic roller 121 and a projected and recessed roller 122 rotating downward, and is caught in rotation of the rollers. The plastic piece 102 is housed in a dent part generated on an elastic body 121b of the elastic roller 121, passes between the rollers and falls, or is attached on the elastic roller and is scraped by a scraper 124 so as to be recovered in the plastic recovery container 131. The foreign materials 103 are pressed on a metal mesh 122b of the projected and recessed roller 122 by the elastic body 121b of the elastic roller 121, and are attached on the metal mesh 122b.
