A control system of discharge doors of a ballast hopper wagon includes a control box including an electrical wind control system (25) and a receiving device (21), a hydraulic system (18) connected with the electrical wind control system (25), a manual control device and a remote control device controlling the discharge doors of the ballast hopper wagon to be opening or closing, a storage battery (15) providing continued power for the electrical wind control system (25) in the control box and providing power for charging the remote control device, a pressure switch (12) provided between the control box and the storage battery (15). According to the pressure of the wind source, the pressure switch (12) is able to control the storage battery to provide power to the control box or not. The control system of discharge doors of the ballast hopper wagon avoids misoperations of the discharge door and accidents in operation, thus increasing the efficiency of discharging and reducing the workload of operators.
