PURPOSE: A power-generation electric boiler using commercial electricity is provided to reduce electricity costs and consumption by operating an electric heater and a circulation pump with electricity generated in a secondary generator. CONSTITUTION: A power-generation electric boiler using commercial electricity comprises a primary driving motor(200), a secondary generator(400), a transmission device(300), a control unit(10), and an electric heater(600). The primary driving motor uses commercial electricity(100). The transmission device is connected between a shaft of the primary driving motor and a rotor shaft of the secondary generator. If the rotor shaft is rotated, electricity is produced in the secondary generator. After compensating through an overload detecting device and the control unit, the produced electricity is supplied to the electric heater. The electric heater supplied the electricity heats cold water of a boiler.
