<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an unnatural image generated from updating a printing cycle during image printing to change an ink ribbon for use, and to prevent the wasting of the ink ribbon and paper when successively printing calendar sheets with images. <P>SOLUTION: When a printing apparatus successively prints two calendar sheets including an image area about 1 times to a unit corresponding the length of an ink ribbon used for printing of one cycle and a date area having a length of 0.5 times adjacent to the image area, the image are of a first calendar is printed by a first cycle printing, the date area of the first calendar is printed and the date area of a second calendar is printed by rotating 180 degrees by a second cycle printing, and the image area of the second calendar is printed by rotating 180 degrees by a third cycle printing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
