A structure of a fluid-filled type engine mount is provided to reduce vibration and to have an effect on a vibration zone and booming rumble while a vehicle is traveling by making fluids and air pass through an inner device and air holes of polyurethane. The structure of a fluid-filled type engine mount, having in a double damping structure coupled with upper and inner devices(10,11) and outer polyurethane and being capable of absorbing vibration in the high frequency micro-area of 2000~5500 rpm and obtaining effects in a vibration zone and booming rumble while a vehicle is traveling, comprises an upper cap(13) having a bolt(13a) and a pin for fixing to an engine, an insulator(14) attached to the bottom of the upper cap, polyurethane(12) attached to the middle of the upper cap and provided with air holes(12a) to make air in and out, a lower body(15) having a bolt(15a) and a pin(15b) for fixing to a vehicle body, a fluid unit(16) formed to the inside, and an air unit(17) enclosing the outside of the fluid unit.
