POLYMER SOLAR CELL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An organic solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the degradation of an optical activity capability of polymer which is included in a photoactive layer by secluding oxygen and moisture penetrating from outside. CONSTITUTION: An anode(120) is formed on a substrate(110). A metal oxide nano thin film layer(170) is formed on the anode. The metal oxide nano thin film layer comprises metal oxide in which average grain diameter is less than 10nm. The thickness of the metal oxide nano thin film layer is 50 to 500nm. A hole transport layer(130) is formed on the metal oxide nano thin film layer. A photoactive layer(140) is formed on the hole transport layer. An electron transport layer(150) is formed on the photoactive layer. A cathode(160) is formed on the electron transport layer.
