<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make little the damage of a transport apparatus by enhancing the reliability of a fire prevention system of a waster crushing facility, and enabling discharge of crushed materials at fire outbreak out of the transport apparatus, and further make the restoration of the transport apparatus after the operation of the fire prevention system to be easily and rapidly carried out. <P>SOLUTION: In the waste crushing facility comprising a waste feed apparatus, a crushing machine, the crushed material transport apparatus, the fire prevention apparatus, and a control apparatus, the fire prevention apparatus is formed of a plurality of water spray nozzles installed in a casing of the crushed material transport apparatus, a water spray control valve to control feed water to the water spray nozzles, and a plurality of CO detectors to detect the CO concentration of the inner atmosphere installed in the casing of the crushed material transport apparatus; and the crushed materials are water sprayed to extinguish the fire by automatically stopping the crushing machine and operating the fire prevention apparatus by fire detection signals from the CO detectors. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
