The invention relates to nonferrous industry, in particular to a method for obtaining lead alloy for accumulator manufacturing, and may be used in electrical industry for manufacturing lead/acid accumulators and batteries in particular VRLA-batteries. The method for obtaining lead alloy for accumulator manufacturing according to which in molten lead calcium 0,04-0,30 %, tin-0,20-2,50 mass. % and bismuth are incorporated. The alloy is crystallized in the form of band and cooled to temperature of 80-, a band is rolled down in rolling mills with hot forming ratio of 85-95 %, artificial aging of band is performed using obtained alloy at temperature of 40-. The invention provides saving energy costs of alloy to artificial aging of alloy with maintaining of high level of mechanical properties. |
