摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an inkjet recording material which is composed of an ink receptive layer including silica formed by a gaseous phase method and an ink receptive layer including alumina or an alumina hydrate, in this order, on a support, and also, which especially does not impair ink absorption and achieves an improvement of coating liquid stability and the suppression of coating defect occurrence. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing an inkjet recording material, an ink receptive layer coating liquid A for a lower layer containing silica formed by a gaseous phase method, a polyvinyl alcohol and a crosslinking agent, is applied to the surface of a support. Then, before the applied wet coating film shows a falling rate drying, an ink receptive layer coating liquid B for an upper layer containing the alumina or the alumina hydrate microparticle and the polyvinyl alcohol, and substantially does not contain a crosslinking agent for the polyvinyl alcohol, is applied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
