PURPOSE: A polarizing plate, a liquid crystal panel using the same, a liquid crystal displaying apparatus using the same are provided to improve the quality of display by suppressing display defects such as moire. CONSTITUTION: A polarizing film(101) is formed by absorbing and orienting iodine or dichroic dye to a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin film. A resin film(104) is stacked on one side of the polarizing film using an adhesive layer(105). A sheet(102) is composed of a thermoplastic resin stacked through an adhesive layer(103). A prism shape or a lens shape is formed on one surface of the sheet.
