PURPOSE: A portable vacuum pumping apparatus is provided to reduce the pumping force of a piston by buffing the pressure of air vacuum-inhaled to a hollow body. CONSTITUTION: A portable vacuum pumping apparatus comprises a hollow body(10), a piston(15), and a sealing cap(20). A handle(16) is connected to the top end of the piston. The piston is inserted into the hollow body. The sealing cap is coupled to the front end of the hollow body. The sealing cap comprises suction holes(21). A space(100) is formed in the bottom of the piston and reduces the pumping force of the piston by buffing the pressure of air vacuum-inhaled to the inside the hollow body.
