PURPOSE: A green tire molding method for passenger car is provided to improve the quality of tire products by inducing the change reduction of a thread and a belt through adhesion increase between semi-products. CONSTITUTION: A green tire molding method for passenger car comprises the steps of: manufacturing a first case and performing bead mounting, turn-up work, and shaping; manufacturing a second case and stitching the shaped second case to mold the green tires for passenger car.
