PURPOSE: A firewood boiler capable of efficiently preventing the extinguishment and overfire of embers by controlling the supply quantity of oxygen is provided to keep embers by inhaling a small amount of air through a secondary opening unit according to inside pressure when a main opening unit is closed. CONSTITUTION: A firewood boiler comprises a boiler body(10), a main opening unit(20), a secondary opening unit, a temperature sensor(40) and a controller(50). The boiler body comprises a feed hopper(12), a smoke vent(14), an air inlet(13) and a water containing unit(15). The timber fuel and combustion air are input through a feed hopper. The main opening unit selectively opens and closes the outside air supply to the boiler body when the air inlet is closed.
