PURPOSE: A mothproof device of sunroof for car is provided to not enable worms or foreign material to flow inside the car while driving with a roof glass opened. CONSTITUTION: A mothproof device of sunroof for a car(100) includes a fly net(200) and a gripping unit(300). One end of the fly net is connected to the sunshade. The gripping unit is arranged to the roof frame(30) in state of gripping the other end of the fly net. The gripping unit has an elastic member maintaining the tension force of fly net by an elastic force. A steering handle(210) which is combined to one end in a fly net is included. The steering handle includes a steering end connected to be attachable/detachable to one end of the sunshade.
