PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device which prevents variation of oscillation frequency. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric device has a container body wherein a recess space is formed by providing a substrate and a frame in one major surface of the substrate; a mount bump provided to one major surface of the substrate exposed inside the recess space; a piezoelectric oscillation element which is mounted on the mount bump inside the recess space and includes an oscillation electrode; a lid body for airtight sealing the recess space; and a conductive adhesive which is positioned in the major surface of the substrate over the mount bump and is electrically joined to a piezoelectric vibration element.
