PURPOSE: A method for transmitting an Ethernet frame and a network system using the same are provided to improve transmission speed of L2 layer data continuously facing the same destination of real time service environment, thereby improving a communication performance of L2 network through differentiation per service. CONSTITUTION: A MAC(Medium Access Control) address detection unit(210) detects destination MAC address of Ethernet frame. A L2 table storage unit(220) stores a multicast address and a broadcast address. A control unit(230) determines transmission way of the Ethernet frame through comparison between the destination MAC address, the multicast address and the broadcast address. The control unit determines the kind of service through TCP(Transmission Control Protocol)/UDP(User Datagram Protocol) header within the Ethernet frame. |
