PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mounting structure of a back monitor camera for a vehicle with a shorter and simplified wiring with the back monitor camera. SOLUTION: The back monitor camera 44 is fixed to a back door 12 and mounted on a spare tire carrier 20 so that the wiring 45 of the back monitor camera 44 can be easily connected to an inside of the back door 12 with a short distance through a perforation 54 formed in a tire attaching wall 20B of the spare tire carrier 20 and a perforation 56 formed in a spare tire attachment 12A of the spare tire carrier 20 to the back door 12.
