COMBINATION STRUCTURE AND METHOD OF FLANGE AND HEADER-PIPE FOR CONDENSER

PURPOSE: A coupling structure of a header pipe for a condenser and a flange and a coupling method thereof is provided to easily unite a flange and a header pipe by an indenting process. CONSTITUTION: A coupling structure of a header pipe(10) for a condenser and a flange(20) comprises: a press fixing groove(16) which is formed between a tube combining groove(12) which is formed in one side of the header pipe and combined with a radiant heat tube and a cooler pipe combining groove which is formed on the rear side of the tube combining groove; and a press retaining protrusion(26) which is formed in the inner side of a combining end(24) and corresponds to the press fixing groove. The press fixing groove is longitudinally formed in the header pipe. The combining end is formed in the both sides of a flange body(22), which comprise the flange, at a fixed height.
