PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit a three-point type seatback to a rearmost row seat of a vehicle without degrading the mountability of luggage in a trunk room and without considerably changing the vehicle body structure or increasing the weight of the vehicle body structure in a seat structure of the rearmost row seat of a vehicle, in particular, a small bus in which the trunk room is arranged on a lower part of a seat cushion of the rearmost row seat of the vehicle, and a trunk lid is provided on a rear body having a rear window of the vehicle at a rear part of the trunk room. SOLUTION: The vehicle seat structure includes a rear body fitting bracket 65 for connecting and fixing seatback frames 27 adjacent to each other in the vehicle width direction, a seat side bracket 67 fitted to the rear body fitting bracket 65, a body side bracket 69 on the body side to be engaged with the seat side bracket 67, and a reinforcing frame 35 connected to the seatback frame 27 to fit a retractor 37, and fitted to the vehicle body side via the rear body fitting bracket 65.
