PURPOSE: A spare tire taking out device of a vehicle is provided to prevent leaning and sliding of a spare tire by being easily expanded by the small pneumatic pressure when a tube is expanded by an air column formed within a tube. CONSTITUTION: A spare tire taking out device of a vehicle is composed of an air supply unit, a tire placing groove(1a), a spare tire(2) and a taking-out unit(10). The air supply unit supplies compressed air. The tire placing groove is formed on one side of a floor panel for a vehicle. The spare tire is put on the tire placing groove. The spare tire is taken out by expansion of the taking-out unit.
