PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence element for being manufactured stably without deteriorating various properties such as light emitting efficiency and life upon effecting lamination by photopolymerization by a wet process, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescence element is formed of a laminate having at least an anode, a cathode and a light-emitting layer pinched between the anode and the cathode on a substrate while at least one layer among the laminate is formed by a wet process, and a continuously irradiated energy is applied onto the layer after forming the layer, whereby the organic electroluminescence element becomes insoluble into organic solvent by polymerization reaction.
