<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method used for manufacturing an anode panel constituting a flat display device, and capable of effectively making various foreign substances adhering to a surface of an anode electrode harmless. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of an anode panel AP in a flat display device comprising the anode panel AP provided with phosphor regions 22 and anode electrodes 24 on a substrate 20, and a cathode panel CP includes respective processes of: (A) sequentially forming the phosphor regions 22 and the anode electrodes 24 on the substrate 20; (B) thereafter detecting a foreign substance on the anode electrodes 24; (C) irradiating a part of the anode electrode 24 where the foreign substance exists with an energy ray to melt the part of the anode electrode 24, melt the foreign substance, or melt the part of the anode electrode and the foreign substance, whereby the foreign substance is fixed to the part of the anode electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
