The invention relates to a textile fabric for lining the exterior of vehicle seats, wherein the warp threads and/or weft threads and the fabric construction are designed to have long-wearing parameter properties; to a fabric cut which is cut to measure including allowances for producing the exterior lining of vehicle seats, which is produced of a fabric having warp threads and/or weft threads and a fabric construction that is designed to have long-wearing parameter properties; and to a vehicle seat the exterior of which is completely or partially lined with such a textile fabric. The invention is characterized in that the warp thread of the textile fabric is a polyester (PES) monofilament and the weft thread is a polyester (PES) multifilament.
