PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner liner excellent in balance of gas barrier property and flexibility in order to provide an inner liner capable of achieving weight saving without deteriorating the air retention of a pneumatic tire. SOLUTION: There is provided an inner liner composition for pneumatic tires, which is a resin composition comprising (A) an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer having an ethylene content of 20-70 mol% and (B) a block copolymer comprising an aromatic vinyl compound-based polymer block (a) and an isobutylene-based polymer block (b).
