A locking device for a vehicle is provided to reduce the weight and a cost by using a plastic material instead of zinc. A rotor case(10) includes a recess part. The recess part facilitates the insertion of a guide holder pressurized to the inner part of a rotor case. A rotor(30) is arranged in the rotor case and is rotated by a key. A plurality of lock plates(40) are arranged inside the rotor. If inserting a normal key, the plurality of lock plates are arranged inward. A guide holder(20) is inserted into an inner part of a rotor case. When the rotor rotates by the key, the guide holder prevents the inside of the rotor case in contact with the lock plate from being damaged. The guide holder includes a stopper part. The stopper part limits an axial movement range inserted into the inner rotor case. |
