NON-TOUCH IC CARD READING/WRITING SYSTEM AND NON-TOUCH IC CARD READER

A non-touch IC card reading system and non-touch IC card reader are provided, which resolve the problem that most financial terminal can not process non-touch IC card, even if few terminal could process this card, but the non-touch IC card can be compatible of all kinds of terminals. The system includes terminal application module configured on the terminal, and peripheral non-touch IC card reader, the reader includes: a core manager, a communication interface, a RF module and an antenna, the terminal application module communicates with the reader by the communication interface, the reader communicates with the non-touch IC card by the RF module and the antenna, the core manager is used to control the communication interface, the RF module and the antenna. The reader can be adapted to all well-known kinds of terminals, therefore resolve the compatible problem between readers and all kinds of terminals. Moreover, the reader adopts the way that is configured on well-known terminals peripherally, therefore reduces the processing circumstance constructing a non-touch IC card.
