The cover (20) has a front portion and a rear portion (22) that partially cover front and rear parts of a backrest (11) of a seat (10) of a motor vehicle, respectively. The rear portion is provided with a reversible fixation unit e.g. zip fastener (26) and Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fastener), for fixing a removable bag (25) on the rear portion, where the bag is made of flexible plastic or cloth. A base portion (23) partially covers a base (12) of the seat. The bag forms a lower part of the rear portion.
