An apparatus for supplying the power and a battery-charging apparatus and a charging system thereof are provided to enhance the charging efficiency during the charging process by uniting the battery charging apparatus and the apparatus for supplying the power. A rectifier(112) transforms the commercial alternating current voltage into the direct current voltage. A power driver(114) produces the high frequency alternating voltage pulse more than the commercial frequency(60Hz) by using the direct current voltage which is provided from the rectifier. The high frequency alternating voltage pulse is applied to a primary coil(116) and generates the magnetic field. A receiver(120) demodulates the data transmitted from a transmission unit(140) of a battery charging apparatus(130). A determining unit(122) receives constant voltage data of sensed rectifier circuit(134) by a sensing part(138) of the battery charging apparatus from the receiver. The determining unit compares the constant voltage data and the reference constant voltage data of the rectifier circuit.
