<p>An F-18 production target device is provided to suppress deformation to the inner side of a thin plate installed at both sides of a frame center part by installing a supporting part having T shape in the central part of a frame in which H218O is admitted. A target device(100) produces an F-18 with nuclear reaction of H218O and proton. A frame(110) has a shape of rectangular-ring. A central part(111) of a frame is penetrated. A thin plate(120) is installed at the side of frame. A central part of frame is shut tightly. A supporting part(130) is installed inside the central part. The supporting part suppresses the deformation of a thin plate with a cross section of T shape. A stepped projection(114) is formed in both sides of the frame in order to cave into the inner side. A flat plane(115) is extended from the stepped projection. A penetration hole(113) passes through the frame from the outer diameter portion of the frame to the central part of the frame toward top and bottom.</p>
